TETRA ATELIER is a design lab and consultancy. Partnering with architects, designers, and builders, we work at the intersection of property development and architectural making. We help clients look at both project budgets and design details, focusing on residential and commercial work. Our goal is simply to help turn initial project ideas into well-crafted, practical builds.
Founded by Kristen Wu in 2020 and joined later by partner Bianca Lin, the practice assists with development logistics, procurement coordination, and architectural drafting and prototyping. By balancing project viability with technical execution, we help keep projects organized and well-built.
Bianca Lin | Principal
Bianca is an architectural designer and maker focused on detailing, model making, and fabrication. Her work spans multiple scales, from spatial design to custom objects. She has worked with design teams and architecture offices in Taipei, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New York, developing a strong interest in construction methods. Bianca holds a B.Arch from California College of the Arts and an M.Arch from Columbia University GSAPP.
Kristen Wu | Principal
Kristen manages the development logistics, property acquisition, and project coordination at Tetra. Before starting the studio, she worked in brokerage at Sotheby’s International Realty and directed construction initiatives at Atlantis Group. She holds a B.S. in Architecture from Massechusets Institute of Technology (MIT) and a M.S. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University GSAPP.Contact
